Shining Star Home Health Care is a Concierge Private Duty Home Health Agency that is state licensed and certified by the National Association for Home Care and Hospice.
Shining Star accepts assignment of benefits for most long-term insurance companies, and can help you navigate the system to better understand your Long Term Care policy and maximize your benefits. Shining Star Home Health is not a registry or a referral service.
After and in-depth assessment by a Shining Star RN and with the a participation of the client and/or their family member, legal representative and physician, a personalized plan of care is created for the caregivers to follow. The Care Plan is revised and amended as the clients needs change.
