Upon employment, they undergo our Shining Star Home Health onboarding and training program before they are permitted to care for anyone. To ensure we can provide you with services when you need them, we employ a team of qualified and experienced Shining Star Home Health Caregivers so that your care service will not be interrupted if someone has a day off, goes on a vacation, or gets sick. If one of your Shining Star Home Health Caregivers is not available, we will make arrangements for another qualified Shining Star Home Health Caregiver to care for you. It is our goal to ensure you are safe and your needs are ALWAYS met.
